Questions

What buyers ask before they order.

Can my school pay by purchase order instead of a card?

Yes. Everything here can be invoiced against a purchase order, and we can register as a vendor in your procurement system and complete W-9 or supplier forms. Start at school and district ordering.

School and district ordering

Is there volume pricing for a whole school?

Yes, on multi-set material orders and on multi-seat course and license purchases. Tell us what you are equipping and we will send a quote your business office can attach to a requisition.

Ask for a quote

What is the difference between digital and printed material?

The decodable books are printed and shipped. Most card sets, folders, and guides are print-ready PDFs you download and print yourself, which keeps them cheaper and lets you make as many classroom copies as you need.

Can I see something before I buy it?

Yes. The free sample set gives you three complete decodable books, the Reading Assessment Hub has a free trial for up to ten students, and every course page lists its full outline and outcomes.

Free resources

What is your refund policy?

It depends on the product type, and it is written out in full rather than buried. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded, including shipping.

Terms and refund policy

How many classrooms does one digital purchase cover?

One educator in their own classroom, with unlimited printing for that classroom. School-wide, multi-campus, and district licensing is available and priced accordingly, so ask rather than guessing.

License terms

Do the courses carry continuing-education credit?

They come with a certificate of completion from Montessori Makers LLC. They are not an accredited credential, and whether your state or association accepts them for professional development hours is that body’s decision, not ours.

Something is wrong with my order. Who do I write to?

info@montessorimakers.org. A real person reads it, and you will hear back within about two business days.
